As soon as you place your order, you'll get an e-mail confirming we received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Items that are in stock will ship within 2-5 business days. Delivery time may vary according to brand. If the item you ordered is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via e-mail.
We offer free curbside delivery on applicable items unless a delivery upgrade service is selected. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S.
As soon as your order is ready to leave the warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking details to monitor the shipment.
Please inspect the product before signing the proof of delivery. If you notice any damage and refuse to accept the delivery, please note it clearly on the POD.
If you do accept delivery, you are required to immediately take photos using your smartphone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com, and our customer team will assist you in resolving the issue immediately.
Cancellation & Refunds:
Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a 20% fee plus return shipping charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a full refund that will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing the order.
