This Water Rower from Spirit gives a fresh and unique spin to one of the most popular full-body workouts available. This indoor rowing machine, ideal for both residential and light commercial use, uses fluid resistance to offer a low impact, full body workout.

How do you use a rower with water indoors? The design features a water tank positioned at a 45-degree  angle that provides a range of resistance simply by filling the tank with water. Water level 1 allows the lowest resistance and highest speed of rowing while water level 6 allows the highest resistance for high intensity interval training workouts. Relocating the unit is easy as the wheels let you transport the rower to any desired location.

      • The adjustable console, which provides the perfect viewing angle, features a large, easy-to-read 5.5" LCD screen and integrated Bluetooth, ensuring athletes are able to access workout data on demand.
      • Constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame and aluminum tracks, this rower is built to last. This rower is an amazing addition to any home gym while completely perfect for every gym, clinic, spa, fitness studio or other multi-use environment.
      • Console clearly displays time, distance, calories, watts, speed, RPM and heart rate. The large flex footplates and pedal straps are adjustable to fit the exerciser's foot size. When not in use, you can save space by storing the rower vertically. The seat is large, ergonomically molded and raised to a 15" height to let users on and off easily. Commercial grade padded handlebar is both comfortable and durable.

      Haven't hooked it up yet but for a 3k tub u use 5$ worth of packing materials 2 stainless supports for the front are broken. One of the 2 front step supports are missing. Let's hope it works

      I love this portable sauna! I set it up in my bedroom. So easy to use. Just turn it on and let it warm up for about 20 minutes then get in and enjoy. The infrared heat is wonderful. I ve been setting the temperature at 120°f and thats perfect for me. I believe max is 140° f. So glad I purchased.This fit my budget space and you can take it apart and fold it like a tent and it even has a carrying bag. We can take anywhere and it uses regular household current.

      It takes at least two people to assemble ir and it can be taken apart and moved easily.

      Mine arrived in two boxes. I was able to unpack it alone but it takes at least two people to snap it together a screwdriver is the only tool necessary. Mine had a little bit of cosmetic damage here and there but nothing that interfered with the assembly and operation of the sauna. It can also be easily disassembled if you need to move it.

      The product works great. I would prefer to be able to stretch in the sauna so I learned I would prefer a larger one so I can move around more. I had to watch a Youtube video to understand how to set up vs. the pictures in the manual.
