Order Confirmation
Once you place an order with us, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that your order is in our system and that we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your order includes backordered items, we will notify you by email promptly to discuss cancellation options if needed.

SunRay Saunas Shipping
We ship our saunas directly from our warehouse to your door—no middleman involved. All units are brand new and come packaged in the original box.

• In-stock models typically ship within 8–10 business days. However, stock levels fluctuate frequently, so please contact us if you require a specific delivery date.

• If the model is in stock, orders will ship within 1–2 business days.

• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

• Delivery trucks are equipped with a liftgate, which will carefully lower the shipping crate into your driveway.

Residential Delivery Service
We provide standard residential delivery that brings your sauna shipment directly to your home.

Commercial Delivery Service
Commercial delivery is available to businesses across the US and Canada at no additional charge.

Safe Handling
We take extra care to ensure your sauna arrives in perfect condition by using:

• Cardboard and Styrofoam packing materials

• Corner protectors inside the packaging

• Reinforced shipping pallets constructed from high-quality lumber to create a sturdy crate for each unit

Notify Prior to Delivery
We will call you when your sauna leaves our warehouse. Additionally, we will contact you again before delivery to schedule a convenient delivery window. This ensures you are home to inspect and accept the shipment. The shipping company will not arrive unannounced.

Delivery Policy

• The purchaser must be present to inspect the packaging for any visible damage upon delivery.

• Do not sign the delivery receipt until you are 100% sure the product is in good condition.

• Any damage noted at delivery will be covered under our warranty. Damage reported after delivery will not be covered unless it was noted on the delivery receipt.

• Open all packages within 3 days of delivery to check for internal damage.

• If you find internal damage with no external box damage, contact the shipping company and SunRay Saunas at 800.976.5530 immediately. Internal damage claims must be reported within 3 business days to qualify for coverage.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering will receive a full refund, which will be issued to the original credit card used.

• Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the product cost, plus return shipping charges.
