Mesa Steam Shower FAQ
Can it be used as a regular shower?
Yes, the WS-302 can be used like a standard shower. You can turn the steam on or off using the control panel.
Does the unit come in one piece or in panels?
All units come in panels. Mesa's Stand Alone Steam Showers are pre-assembled
with pre-drilled holes. You can move any of the units through a standard 32" doorway for easy access into remodeled homes, basements, and other unique situations.
Can I fit the parts through a standard doorway?
Yes, all units can fit through a standard 32" doorway. Even units with a whirlpool tub will fit through any space larger than 26".
What type of Electrical Connection and Breaker will I need?
I would like to place it on the second floor, will there be a weight problem?
The unit is about 500 lbs.+ water and your weight, and that is definitely a case-by-case type question. Please consult your contractor based on the weights we have provided.
What does the inline heat pump do?
The inline Heat Pump is attached to the water pump, and the heat pump will maintain the water temperature in the tub portion of the unit.
Water pressure & flow rates
All our steam showers are recommended to be at 2.1 GPM
How many HOT/COLD Connections are required?
Regardless of the number of shower heads, all units have one HOT/COLD connection.
Where is the HOT/COLD Connection located?
The HOT/COLD connection is typically situated behind the shower's hot and cold controls, which may vary depending on the specific model. Generally, the connection is located approximately 30" from the floor on the rear of the unit. For a more precise location, please refer to the diagrams provided on the product listing page.
To ensure effortless installation, flex hoses are included to accommodate your existing hot and cold water supply lines. Regardless of their placement, these hoses will make connecting your steam shower a breeze.
Where is the steam generator located?
The steam generator is located underneath the tub and on certain units, it is placed on the back of the unit. All generators are mounted to the frame or screwed to the back of the unit so that they do not take up a room beyond the dimensions of the shower. All of the steam showers will sit flush against the wall.
Do I need an access panel?
The steam showers are designed to be free-standing units so that in case of an issue behind the unit, you can easily slide the unit away from the wall for access. The plumbing and the electrical connections are flexible so that you can easily make this happen. If at all possible, an access panel is a terrific option in case of any future issues.

So fast delivery. I am so happy.
Me and my girlfriend set it up in a hour. Built it a long while ago and it s still working just fine
I love this portable sauna! I set it up in my bedroom. So easy to use. Just turn it on and let it warm up for about 20 minutes then get in and enjoy. The infrared heat is wonderful. I ve been setting the temperature at 120°f and thats perfect for me. I believe max is 140° f. So glad I purchased. This fit my budget space and you can take it apart and fold it like a tent and it even has a carrying bag. We can take anywhere and it uses regular household current.
I m very happy with this purchase and mine will get a lot of use. I had never used an infrared sauna before but it works great. I d highly recommend it to anyone.
Human Touch - Reflex SOL Foot and Calf Massager
Mine arrived in two boxes. I was able to unpack it alone but it takes at least two people to snap it together a screwdriver is the only tool necessary. Mine had a little bit of cosmetic damage here and there but nothing that interfered with the assembly and operation of the sauna. It can also be easily disassembled if you need to move it.
The product works great. I would prefer to be able to stretch in the sauna so I learned I would prefer a larger one so I can move around more. I had to watch a Youtube video to understand how to set up vs. the pictures in the manual.
Decent price easy to put up and seems to work well.
This sauna is more than I could have imagined. The set up was easy and straightforward. I turn it on when I start my workout so that it is nice and warm. After 30 min I am drenched with sweat and feel much lighter.
Bought this a couple months ago and got busy with life. Finally set it up and I m so excited to use this 3 times a week after my powerlifting sessions!
Gets hot Stays Hot and quick enough…easy to clean and useas good as a steam room at a gym
Easy assembly and heats up quick. Great so far
