SL Massage Track Technology
The newly enhanced 4D L-track massage is designed to massage wider, deeper, and more rhythmically than the conventional massage rollers. The S-Track rollers contour the natural curvature of your spine. The L-Track extends from your neck, all the way down past your lower back, and finally, wraps underneath the back of your thighs. The L-Track offers about 50% more massage area than your average S-Track chair.
4D Massage
The Osaki OS-Pro Maestro allows for 8 different levels of adjustment for the 4D massage. With the variety of adjustment levels, the user can customize the massage to suit their personal preferences.
Body Scan Technology
The Maestro's body scan maps the key areas of the neck and back accurately to use during the message. The scanning technology will detect your shoulders height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.
Heated Massage Rollers
The Osaki OS-Pro has the most advanced back heating system. The heated back roller simulates a hot stone massage and allows for a far greater surface heating area.
Zero Gravity
Inspired by NASA, the Zero Gravity position is endorsed by physicians as the healthiest way to sit. When placed in Zero Gravity position, the weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest taking the stress of gravity off of your spine and joints which allows them to decompress and relaxes the surrounding muscle naturally.
Order Confirmation:
After you place the order, we confirm with supplier for the availability of the product. Usually the product would be available and we will submit the order for shipment. In case of a backorder or if the product is unavailable we will void the transaction and inform you via email.
Order Shipment:
Your order will ship within 5 business days after you places the order with us. As soon as your product is on its way out of warehouse we will email you the tracking number for your shipment. Feel free to follow up with us at support@biohealingplus.com
Damages:
Our suppliers take full responsibility for inspecting the products before shipment but in case the item(s) comes damaged to your door, please take notes while signing the shipment and take pictures and email us (Bio Healing Plus) your findings at support@biohealingplus.com and we will contact the suppliers regarding replacement item(s) or refund.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We will return the refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Since we keep our prices so low, every order cancelled after 48 hours is subjected to 20% (cost of product) processing fee + shipping (If applicable). If the order was shipped, customer will be responsible for the return shipment. You can return any item within 30 days of purchase.
