How soon will my sauna be shipped after purchase?
 In-stock products will be shipped the next business day following order placement. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday or the next business day. We keep all products in stock; however, we may not have stock of some items due to demand.
How does an infrared sauna work? Infrared heaters in the sauna emit far infrared heat, a narrow band of energy within the 5.6 to 15-micron level. This type of energy closely resembles the natural human spectrum, so the body tissue easily absorbs it. The body reacts profusely by sweating, which has many health benefits, including detoxification, improved blood flow, circulation and weight loss.

Do sunray saunas emit EMF?

 SunRay, unlike many manufacturers, does not use wires to conduct FAR Infrared heat, instead, we apply the perfect thickness of ultra-conductive carbon to an epoxy resin panel activated by positive and negative copper strips on either side. The epoxy resin panel is then laminated, resulting in ultra-low EMF levels safe for continuous use.
How is the sauna packaged? SunRay Saunas contain pre-packaged wooden panels in cardboard boxes and then placed on a wooden pallet to ensure the sauna arrives without damage. The cardboard boxes can be removed from the pallet and will fit through any door size 24” or greater.
How long does it take to assemble the sauna? Most sauna models take about an hour to assemble. Two people are required. For more information on the unit assembly, please see the assembly instructions.
Are there any special tools required to assemble the sauna? No, the only tool you need to assemble the sauna is a phillips head screwdriver or drill with a Phillips head bit.
How soon will my sauna be shipped after purchase? In stock products will be shipped the next business day following order placement. What voltage does my sauna require? All SunRay saunas use UL-listed plugs and operate on 110V. Some larger saunas require a non-standard 20-amp plug and a 20-amp circuit.
Can I place the sauna on the second floor? Most saunas weigh between 300-400lbs, so yes, you can place a sauna on the second floor.
Can I use the sauna outdoors? All SunRay saunas except the outdoor models must be used indoors. They are not suitable for outdoor use. Outdoor saunas require that the cover be placed on them while not in use.
How do I clean the sauna? First, unplug the sauna and make sure it is cool before cleaning. To clean the wooden interior of your sauna, mix 3 teaspoons of baking soda into a gallon of warm water. Use a towel to wipe the interior with the baking soda and water mixture. Then wipe the sauna down with a wet towel and let dry. You can clean your sauna's glass with glass cleaner. If you have an outdoor sauna, use a standard garden hose on a low/mist setting to wash out the interior. Make sure to leave the door open so the sauna can dry.
How often do I need to clean the sauna?
 The sauna should be cleaned every 6 months or at your discretion if you use it regularly. Using a towel to sit on while in the sauna will capture a lot of the sweat and thereby reduce the frequency of cleaning the sauna. 
Warranty Information.

SunRay Saunas carry a 7-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.

Once you've placed an order with us, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as confirmation that your order is in our system, and we've pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Sunray Saunas Shipping

We ship our saunas directly from our warehouse to your door, no middle man or drop shipping. All units are brand new in the box.

In-stock models typically ship within 8-10 business days, but stock changes frequently, so please contact us if you need a specific delivery date. In-stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days.

You will receive a tracking number for your order at the time of shipment. Your shipment will be delivered with a liftgate on board the delivery truck, which will lower the shipping crate slowly and safely into your driveway.

Residential Delivery Service

Residential delivery is a standard service that we provide which delivers the sauna shipment directly to your residence.

Commercial Delivery Service

Commercial delivery service is available to any business in the US or Canada at no additional charge.

Safe Handling

We take extra care to package your sauna so that it arrives in perfect condition. We use cardboard and styrofoam packing materials, as well as corner protectors inside the packaging. We also reinforce the shipping pallet with high-quality lumber to create a sturdy crate for each and every unit.

Notify Prior to Delivery

We will notify you by phone when your sauna leaves our warehouse, and we will contact you again before delivery to schedule a delivery window. This ensures that you are home to inspect the unit and accept delivery. The shipping company will not show up unannounced.

Delivery Policy

Upon delivery, the purchaser of the sauna must be present to inspect the packaging for damage. Do not sign the delivery receipt until you are 100% sure the product you received is in good condition. Any damage noted will be covered by our warranty policy, but damages reported later will not be covered, unless they are noted on the delivery receipt.

Open the packages within 3 days of delivery to ensure the product is in good condition. If you find internal damage with no damage to the outside of the box, call the shipping company and SunRay Saunas at 800.976.5530 right away to report the issue. Any type of internal damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery in order to be covered.

Cancellation & Refunds:

If you decide to cancel your order after 48 hours, a 20% fee based on the product cost, as well as return shipping charges, will apply. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a full refund, which will be issued to the original credit card used for the order.

SunRay Saunas carry a 7 Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. Absolutely one of the best purchases I have ever made

I absolutely love my sauna. No more driving to the local gym or around town looking for a gym for that matter to find a sauna. The convenience of having my own sauna in my home gym is life altering!!! Works perfectly and fit perfectly in an area of my house that is out of the way; a hideaway wall corner. I would have given 5 stars but after two uses the radio shelf broke off while I was using it and hit me in the head (frown). The wood/hardware was not sturdy enough to hold the weight of the radio. It still works so for now it is sitting on top of the sauna. Other than that I m pleased with it!!!!

Think about it but not too longThis was our first sauna we re in our 40s and we love it. I wish it would get a little bit hotter. Never seems to get over 135°. It s not the best quality but for the price I think it works. Easy to assemble. Has some leaks of cool air around the windows and the door does not shut all the way. I m gonna have to seal the door and windows a little better. Good sweat and great feeling afterwards

I love this portable sauna! I set it up in my bedroom. So easy to use. Just turn it on and let it warm up for about 20 minutes then get in and enjoy. The infrared heat is wonderful. I ve been setting the temperature at 120°f and thats perfect for me. I believe max is 140° f. So glad I purchased.This fit my budget space and you can take it apart and fold it like a tent and it even has a carrying bag. We can take anywhere and it uses regular household current.

It takes at least two people to assemble ir and it can be taken apart and moved easily.

Mine arrived in two boxes. I was able to unpack it alone but it takes at least two people to snap it together a screwdriver is the only tool necessary. Mine had a little bit of cosmetic damage here and there but nothing that interfered with the assembly and operation of the sauna. It can also be easily disassembled if you need to move it.

It heats up very well!

The product works great. I would prefer to be able to stretch in the sauna so I learned I would prefer a larger one so I can move around more. I had to watch a Youtube video to understand how to set up vs. the pictures in the manual.

I absolutely love my sauna. No more driving to the local gym or around town looking for a gym for that matter to find a sauna. The convenience of having my own sauna in my home gym is life altering!!! Works perfectly and fit perfectly in an area of my house that is out of the way; a hideaway wall corner. I would have given 5 stars but after two uses the radio shelf broke off while I was using it and hit me in the head (frown). The wood/hardware was not sturdy enough to hold the weight of the radio. It still works so for now it is sitting on top of the sauna. Other than that I m pleased with it!!!!

Think about it but not too longThis was our first sauna we re in our 40s and we love it. I wish it would get a little bit hotter. Never seems to get over 135°. It s not the best quality but for the price I think it works. Easy to assemble. Has some leaks of cool air around the windows and the door does not shut all the way. I m gonna have to seal the door and windows a little better. Good sweat and great feeling afterwards
