The Bristol Bay 4-person corner infrared cedar sauna is the perfect way to relax and de-stress with friends and family. How soon will my sauna be shipped after purchase?	In-stock products will be shipped the next business day following order placement. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday or the next business day. We keep all products in stock; however, we may not have stock of some items due to demand.
How does an infrared sauna work?	Infrared heaters in the sauna emit far infrared heat, a narrow band of energy within the 5.6 to 15-micron level. This type of energy closely resembles the natural human spectrum, so the body tissue easily absorbs it. The body reacts profusely by sweating, which has many health benefits, including detoxification, improved blood flow, circulation and weight loss.
Do sunray saunas emit EMF?	SunRay, unlike many manufacturers, does not use wires to conduct FAR Infrared heat, instead, we apply the perfect thickness of ultra-conductive carbon to an epoxy resin panel activated by positive and negative copper strips on either side. The epoxy resin panel is then laminated, resulting in ultra-low EMF levels safe for continuous use.
How is the sauna packaged?	SunRay Saunas contain pre-packaged wooden panels in cardboard boxes and then placed on a wooden pallet to ensure the sauna arrives without damage. The cardboard boxes can be removed from the pallet and will fit through any door size 24” or greater.
How long does it take to assemble the sauna?	Most sauna models take about an hour to assemble. Two people are required. For more information on the unit assembly, please see the assembly instructions.
Are there any special tools required to assemble the sauna?	No, the only tool you need to assemble the sauna is a phillips head screwdriver or drill with a Phillips head bit.

What voltage does my sauna require?	All SunRay saunas use UL-listed plugs and operate on 110V. Some larger saunas require a non-standard 20-amp plug and a 20-amp circuit.
Can I place the sauna on the second floor?	Most saunas weigh between 300-400lbs, so yes, you can place a sauna on the second floor.
Can I use the sauna outdoors?	All SunRay saunas except the outdoor models must be used indoors. They are not suitable for outdoor use. Outdoor saunas require that the cover be placed on them while not in use.
How do I clean the sauna?	First, unplug the sauna and make sure it is cool before cleaning. To clean the wooden interior of your sauna, mix 3 teaspoons of baking soda into a gallon of warm water. Use a towel to wipe the interior with the baking soda and water mixture. Then wipe the sauna down with a wet towel and let dry. You can clean your sauna's glass with glass cleaner. If you have an outdoor sauna, use a standard garden hose on a low/mist setting to wash out the interior. Make sure to leave the door open so the sauna can dry.
How often do I need to clean the sauna?	The sauna should be cleaned every 6 months or at your discretion if you use it regularly. Using a towel to sit on while in the sauna will capture a lot of the sweat and thereby reduce the frequency of cleaning the sauna.
Warranty Information.	SunRay Saunas carry a 7-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. This email serves as confirmation that your order is in our system, and we've pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Sunray Saunas Shipping

We ship our saunas directly from our warehouse to your door, no middle man or drop shipping. All units are brand new in the box.

In-stock models typically ship within 8-10 business days, but stock changes frequently, so please contact us if you need a specific delivery date. In-stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days.

You will receive a tracking number for your order at the time of shipment. Your shipment will be delivered with a liftgate on board the delivery truck, which will lower the shipping crate slowly and safely into your driveway.

Residential Delivery Service

Residential delivery is a standard service that we provide which delivers the sauna shipment directly to your residence.

Commercial Delivery Service

Commercial delivery service is available to any business in the US or Canada at no additional charge.

Safe Handling

We take extra care to package your sauna so that it arrives in perfect condition. We use cardboard and styrofoam packing materials, as well as corner protectors inside the packaging. We also reinforce the shipping pallet with high-quality lumber to create a sturdy crate for each and every unit.

Notify Prior to Delivery

We will notify you by phone when your sauna leaves our warehouse, and we will contact you again before delivery to schedule a delivery window. This ensures that you are home to inspect the unit and accept delivery. The shipping company will not show up unannounced.

Delivery Policy

Upon delivery, the purchaser of the sauna must be present to inspect the packaging for damage. Do not sign the delivery receipt until you are 100% sure the product you received is in good condition. Any damage noted will be covered by our warranty policy, but damages reported later will not be covered, unless they are noted on the delivery receipt.

Open the packages within 3 days of delivery to ensure the product is in good condition. If you find internal damage with no damage to the outside of the box, call the shipping company and SunRay Saunas at 800.976.5530 right away to report the issue. Any type of internal damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery in order to be covered.

Cancellation & Refunds:

If you decide to cancel your order after 48 hours, a 20% fee based on the product cost, as well as return shipping charges, will apply. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a full refund, which will be issued to the original credit card used for the order.

Warranty

SunRay Saunas carry a 7 Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

The 7 Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product.

Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty.

No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7 Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas outside that are intended for indoor use, voids the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications.

Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

Frustrated

We love our new sauna but don’t understand the oxenizer, and it takes 50 min to get the sauna up to 138 degrees. We’ve never been able to get it to 140 as advertised. We’re disappointed because we have questions and have been trying to get a hold of your tech people by way of your customer service. The customer service gal is great, she gave me the number to the tech people, I left a message along with my phone number, waited and nothing. Called back several times and nothing. Called back to customer service and again she was really nice and said she would email the tech people for me and here we are 2 weeks later and nothing. We have two questions we need answered this is really frustrating.

I m very happy with this purchase and mine will get a lot of use. I had never used an infrared sauna before but it works great. I d highly recommend it to anyone.

It takes at least two people to assemble ir and it can be taken apart and moved easily.

Mine arrived in two boxes. I was able to unpack it alone but it takes at least two people to snap it together a screwdriver is the only tool necessary. Mine had a little bit of cosmetic damage here and there but nothing that interfered with the assembly and operation of the sauna. It can also be easily disassembled if you need to move it.

This sauna is great very relaxing. I ve only had it a few days but my husband and I are very happy with it. What drove me to write a review was the assembly process. My husband and I put it together in 2 hours. You ll need two people and at least one of you will have to be strong.Important points for assembly.This was a spur-of-the-moment splurge purchase for us and it was worth it! I love this portable sauna! I set it up in my bedroom. So easy to use. Just turn it on and let it warm up for about 20 minutes then get in and enjoy. The infrared heat is wonderful. I ve been setting the temperature at 120°f and thats perfect for me. I believe max is 140° f. So glad I purchased.This fit my budget space and you can take it apart and fold it like a tent and it even has a carrying bag. We can take anywhere and it uses regular household current.
